2016 Book Covers We Loved
By Vyki Hendy and Eric Wilder
As 2016 draws to an end, we at Spine would like to take a look back at some of the more remarkable book covers that we have seen over the last year. There was a great deal of amazing work out there. Though we could probably go on forever about this year's designs, we limited our selection to twenty five.
This list is comprised of book covers from an assortment of genre, and publisher type. It is in no particular order. We would like to thank designers Erin Fitzsimmons and Stuart Bache for their input in creating this list. We recommend you check out their work, as well as previous interviews of them on this site. Also, tip-of-the-hat to Anne Jordan who named this list.
As with any cover design we feature in our publications, we encourage you to head to your local library and/or bookstore to view the work in its full splendor. Thank you!
